You are my Sunshine!

One of my Favorite photos of my youngest! She was riding her brother's skateboard!

I followed the Blue Fern Studios May challenge Sketch for this layout!

I'm so in love with these chipboard pieces. They have fabulous designs and they hold up to all my abuse if I want to spray or gesso.

I use one of the butterflies and cut one of the corner pieces in half and placed in 2 separate areas. I Used the Bo Bunny Prairie Chic papers! I want to make another layout soon with this paper it's so Gorgeous!
I accented with several flowers including Prima, Petaloo, and Wild orchid crafts.
I also had the chance to use my Cottage Cuts garden fence and gate die. I have so many ideas for this die.

This project was so fun to create! I want to make another one soon!
I used the outside rings from a 8" and 6" embroidery hoop to get a nice circular base and simple hot glued the crayons. The squares are created with Spellbinders nesting squares and the letters were recollection stickers. I added several 3-D school themed stickers and  ribbon  looped around the largest hoop and finished with a bow.

Natural Beauty

This is a layout I created for the Flying Unicorn Forum Rockin Round Challenge.
I used a Ladies Diary from G45. The dress form I created from the want 2 scrap dressform base chipboard piece. I used several of my new Spellbinder dies. I'm in love with the Medallions they are so elegant and add great accents.

Spring is Here!

I created this layout following the Blue Fern Monthly Sketch challenge. I used Webster's pages Spring Market paper collection.

This was my first time using a Blue Fern Studios Chipboard accent.  I love all the designs available, I will have to get a few more as they add so much to my layouts.
this is the piece I used.

A few close ups!

Color me Happy Birthday

Had a little play time this morning so I made another card for the card box!

I used one of my La La Land Crafts stamps called Luka with Crayons. I colored my image with the Faber Castell Aquarelle pencils on cold press watercolor paper. I followed a few card challenges I used the sketch from Sketch Saturday, The colors from Ooh La La Creations Blog (orange/green). The card also fits the Simon Says Stamp challenge for Birthday/Celebration. Papertake Weekly with anything goes.

Having one of those nights fighting a headache where I can't sleep. I'm surfing the net and crafting here and there. I saw a facebook post for Prima where they are holding a weekly contest "all about the fans" from now until Dec. I watched my good friend Kathryn Krieger on Ustream tonight and she created some of the greatest backgrounds using quilting style patterns. I wanted to give it a try so I created a quick card using some of my scrap or cut of pieces from Prima's songbird collection incorporating the quilting pattern. So stop on over at Prima's facebook wall and like my card and help me win this weeks challenge.
